Apple Swift Coding

Important Details

Drop Off:

Camp is scheduled to start at 9:00am. We will open the door at 8:45am so families can drop-in few mins earlier to drop the campers. We expect that it will take 15 mins to do the paperwork, sign-in and get settled on day 1. Once you know the routine, it should be smooth in the future.

Snack and Lunch:

Please pack appropriate number of snacks, lunch box and a water bottle for each of your child enrolled at IMA.

Extra Pair of Clothes:

For outdoor campers, please pack one extra pair of clothes for your child, in case of emergency. This should be picked up at the end of the camp. Please be sure to label the packet with your child name and your phone number.

P-Cap, Sun Screen & Shades:

For Full Day campers, we will be out in the sun during lunch hour. Please pack the necessary gear with your child. Important: Please either apply the sun screen in the morning before dropping off or give the consent to IMA for applying the sun screen to your child.

Allergies and Special needs:

Let us know (part of sign in paperwork) any allergies you child might have and remedies in case of emergency.

Pick up

Full Day campers: Pick up is between 4:45pm-5:00pm.

Half Day campers+Outdoor: Pick up is between 1:45pm-2:00pm

Half Day campers: Pick up is between 11:45am-12:00pm

Please pick up your child on time. Let us know if you need extended care for an additional fee.

Address & Parking:

16301 NE 8th St. Suite 202 Bellevue, WA 98008. There is plenty of parking in the building. Park at any open space.
